I took a psychology coarse in college where we looked at a case study of a pest controller who snapped at an irate customer once and strangled her to death. The explanation was that he was always described by everyone who knew him as the most gentle and steady man they knew, but a chemical imbalance from his pesticides had infected his brain.Really nice terror beats. One officer after another succumbing. Interesting the vulcans are falling before the humans. That's a nice touch, suggesting human emotional control is more effective in this situation than vulcan.
Thanks!! rbs
Where most normal people wouldn't have had a problem, his history of calm, good nature proved insufficient experience for his brain, at controlling moments of violent emotion. Because he was so much the opposite of the violent, angry personality, he was emotionally unequipped to handle the new feelings of rage that came over him.
