Some more progress on the bridge. Biggest thing was finishing those main "pillars" that go all around the bridge. The thing I am trying to do with this whole design is keep it similar enough to the 1701 to evoke it, but not similar enough to be confused with it.
The way I see it is this is a Constitution Class Mark II. So you can't go TOO far away, but you want to give the audience something new to look at as well.
My main goal is to make a sleek and simple design, and not be overly crowded and busy like the 1701.
Biggest change is I pushed the back computer stations into the wall by 4ft.(1.2m) This way the back of the bridge has a sunk in area similar to the Prime-A. I also added the red "cushion" greebles on the back wall as an homage to the Prime-A. I simplified the ceiling as well, because I hated that giant planetarium projector looking thing.
