Is this the end of the world??? it sure feels like it!!!
It was my only source to watch the original series when I wanted to watch it on my TV...but sadly it is no longer existence on Shaw on Demand....can somebody please explain this horrible atrocity????

You finally experienced the flaw in the "on demand" concept - it's trying to be sold to the public as a convenience but the reality is that it's only convenient for the content providers because whether you can watch any given program is subject to their whims, not yours.

Buy the DVDs while they're still available.

But unlike on-demand, you can't start the program on regular TV whenever you want, you have to wait for their schedule. In that sense, VOD is a more evolved version of TV, but it's still limited compared to owning a physical disc.
