I agree, I don't want to go online or turn on the TV. Just this morning the US Capitol building was on lock down. Luckily no violence happened and they found the person of interest. Still scary. I am going into the city tomorrow.I go to movies to escape the reality of my country. (I live in the US.) I am watching a civil war happening on the streets of my country. My biggest hope is that this film will get my mind off this. If it does this, I won't care if it is better than the last one or two movies. It will be the best film for me.
This makes me so sad that Anton's not there.![]()
I saw that about a week ago.
Bear in mind this goes against everything Pegg/Jung have said so far in terms of everything being new.
I guess we do know Krall has a beef against the Federation.
We just don't know what it is.
That 'review' does pose a possible answer.
Doing so, if true, would alienate even more of the Trek fan base.
Something I'm quite sure Pegg DOESN'T want to risk.
I hope the reveiw is wrong, reboot universe using old boot plots again.....sigh
I'd have to say the Nimoy and Quinto Audi commercial is still the best Trek commercial, but this very clever and kind of makes one wonder why it couldn't have been done ages ago.The new Enterprise commercial featuring Beyond may be the best or funniest Trek commercial ever:
I could only find one "review" on Youtube and his so-called "minor spoiler" is definitely a figment of his imagination. I think he's only seen the trailer!Apparently there's already a YouTube review for the movie up but I'm not sure if it's legit yet.
New spot. "Unity."
And a cool little detail to note...In the new shot of the Enterprise being attacked by the Swarm, the bridge, and all the windows are glowing red, since the ship is at Red Alert. I think that is such a cool little visual detail.
