this has been bugging me since I started watching it 100 times ago: from which episode is the Picard walking on the empty Ent bridge from? I really can't place it. Thanks. 
(I've had it on continuous run, as a background music since I downloaded the file this morning, so probably have played it 100 times, and watched it a couple of dozen times. Still can't get enough of it. Great job!)

I tried to get that Picard reminiscing feel and that one long continuous shot, which in the episode lasts nearly a minute, looked perfect to blend with clips of cast. My original plan was for an empty bridge montage for each show (Ops in DS9's case) but although I managed one for TOS with 'This Side of Paradise', DS9 & VGR proved much more difficult to find a match for. There are few other things I'd change but on the whole it achieved what I was after, especially considering the uphill battle I had getting Windows Movie Maker to stop crashing. I'll look at re-editing it somewhere down the road, when I experiment with some better editing software.

THAT WAS FANTASTIC! Truly amazing and even chilling. Thanks for putting that together and letting us relive the joy and sorrow that was Star Trek.

ah, okay. I haven't seen that episode for a long time.
and may I say you've achieved what you set out to do with that. It was beautiful, everytime Picard smiled at the end just before cutting to the Enterprise shot, I got a smile on my face too.
I've showed it to another friend at work who loves Trek, and he loved it too. so I'll pass on the Thank you.

That was fantastic. The best scene for me was on the TOS bridge with the whole crew laughing and then it fades to Scotty from "Relics" toasting the empty bridge. It nearly choked me up. Powerful stuff.

I usually don't revive old threads but in this case, I couldn't resist. I've finally finished 'a Director's Cut' of my tribute video.
It features several improvements on the original version, with a few alternate and added images. Hopefully, it's now a much smoother and more professional looking edit.

I really liked the shot of the NX-01 going into warp with the two other (Vulcan and Andorian?) ships and blending into the UFP Crest.
The shot of Picard on the empty bridge highlighting the Ent-D Crew was excellent.
The ending was also nice with Picard playing the flute. Makes you sad it's all in the past
