yeah there weren't any facebook signs, i definitely would've remembered that. they only brought a couple pieces of futuristic set dressing to the location, that sign post and computer terminal and the street texture were all added in post production. although that funny looking mini-bus on the left was there in person.
Didn't one of the very early blurbs for Into Darkness say something about Starfleet exploding?
Considering Hawley's other genre work, it will probably be the most psychedelic movie since The Motion Picture.
I'm suddenly very fascinated that this was perhaps a real bus, like how they used a weird looking prototype electric car in ST'09.
If Kelvin movies are indeed dead, will we have a 3rd category of Trek movies in the forums if there's a reboot?
