Spock:Preferbaly not,however there is a Starfleet regualtion code 619.619 states that any comanding officer that is emtionally compromised with mission at hand,must resign his comision

(Kirk runs around like an idiot following Scotty as he is oushed through the water piping... Kirk finnaly come up with an idea to release all the water)
