Spock: And Captain Pike!

 

[F. King Daniel]

Over San Francisco, the Narada's drill fires. Cadets at Starafleet Academy rush to see the beam firing into the water by the Golden Gate Bridge.

(On the Enterprise, Uhura is rushing past hapless crewpeople in the corridors on her way to the bridge)

Uhura: Move!

 

[LeadHead]

On the bridge

Chekov: They have activated the drill.

 

[F. King Daniel]

Uhura: Sulu, please tell me you have them!

 

[LeadHead]

Uhura: Communications and Transporters are inoperative.

Uhura: Sulu, please tell me you have them!

Sulu: Kirk and Spock are on their own now.

 

[Yeoman Randi]

On the Narada, Spock and Kirk find the Jellyfish

Spock: I foresee a complication. This ship is far more advanced than anticipated.

 

[LeadHead]

Computer: Voice Print and Face recognition analysis enabled. Welcome back, Ambassador Spock.

 

[Yeoman Randi]

Kirk: Wow, that's weird.

 

[LeadHead]

Spock: Computer, what is your manufacturing origin?

 

[F. King Daniel]

Computer: Stardate 2387. Commissioned by the Vulcan Science Academy.

 

[LeadHead]

Spock walks to the Bridge, catching up with Kirk.

Spock: It appears that you have been keeping important information from me.

 

[F. King Daniel]

Kirk: You'll be able to fly this thing, right?

 

[LeadHead]

Spock: Something tells me I already have.

 

[Yeoman Randi]

Kirk: Good luck.

 

[LeadHead]

Spock: Jim, the statistical likelihood that our plan will succeed is less than 4.3%.

 

[Yeoman Randi]

Kirk: It'll work.

 

[LeadHead]

Spock: In the event I do not return, please tell Lieutenant Uhura-

 

[Yeoman Randi]

Kirk: Spock. It'll work.

 

[LeadHead]

Kirk leaves and Spock sits down in the control chair. It starts rotating toward the control console.

Spock: Fascinating.
