Star Trek 2009 Line by Line 3.0

Kirk: Fire on all enemy ships. One photon each should do, lets not waste ammunition.

Crewman: Target locked and aquired on all warbirds. Firing. (They fire. Kirk does the pew pew). All ships destroyed Captain.

Kirk: Begin rescue of the stranded crew. Soooo, we've managed to eliminate all enemy ships, no one on board was injured and the successful rescue of the Kobayashi Maru crew is under way.

(Scene change. We are now in a meeting hall with all the cadets, etc.)

Admiral Tyler Perry: This session has been called to resolve a troubling matter. James T. Kirk step foward. Cadet Kirk, evidence has been submitted to this council suggesting that you violated the ethical code of conduct persuant to regulation 174.3 of the Starfleet Code. Is there anything you care to say before we begin sir?

Admiral Tyler Perry: (To Spock) Step forward please.
(To Kirk) This is Commander Spock. He is one of our most distinguished graduates. He has programmed the Kobyashi Maru exam for the last four years. Commander?

Spock: Cadet Kirk, you somehow managed to install and activate a subroutine to the programming code, thereby changing the conditions of the test.

Kirk: Let me ask you something, I think we all know the answer to. The test itself is a cheat, isn't it? You programmed it to be un-winable.

Spock: Your father, Lieutenant George Kirk, assumed command of his vessel before being killed in action did he not?
