stalkin' my peeps - Welcome New Members thread!

Hey... I just noticed this thread was here as I only took notice of the Misc thread. But I've been here a few short days and made a few posts, may as well introduce myself a little...
We've all wandered through the series forums/subforums before we found our way home to the Misc. forum. It took me at least 2 weeks to get out of the Delta quadrant! And I was posting daily.
I'm a web developer in the west of Scotland
A Scot! I know who's going to be happy. She's been screaming for more of them.
and head a few posts here for a while to avoid work...
Yep. We're all there.

Welcome! :)

Why are you an American-accented Scot? ;) Welcome, BTW.

Oh, the link in your sig doesn't seem to work.

Cheers :) I really wish I knew what was up with the accent - it seems to become more Americanised when I'm drunk and once got me kicked out of a bar for being 'Too American'.

Thats really not a bad thing ;) I just put that site together tonight as I'd bought the domain months ago and never used it.

New member here.........few days now.
40 year old long-time fan, but getting worse as I age

Living close to where Trek was born I run into some interesting people, places and things - such as those that are connected to the show(Chris Doohan is a new friend), filming locations(just went to Vasquez Rocks again) and collectible items that have never left the area(I just bought 2 early signed contracts - a Roddenberry and a Shatner....both pre-Trek)

Look forward to sharing some time with fellow fans.

PS

Is there a good thread about props or collectibles here? - or do I start it?

That must be awfully irritating. ;)

BTW, I'm a fogey too. I started watching original Trek when it was on the air, first run. :o

Ah, a fellow Scot.

Well, I say fellow Scot. I was born in Galloway back in 19, uh, somethingsomething. I'm now a Scot with an Aussie accent.

And I too watched Trek on its first Australian run.

New member and "oldster" here as well.

I'm Steve and I live in New England (Connecticut to be exact). I will be 40 myself later this year.

I love the insanity here.:scream::guffaw:

Looking forward to posting.

Welcome steevo! - The insanity, indeed, is also what keeps me coming to this place (both mine and the one of the board)
