She is first visible as the pod is turning around, and then as the camera closes on the door, where her head is a little out of scale. Or she is an alien with a huge head.

No offense, but you must have a really tiny head or seriously bad vision . . . her head is no larger in those screencaps than Kirk's or Scotty's.

On another note, she does appear to be Asian.

It's clearly a Zan-Do-Zan Bounty Hunter from The Last Starfighter. Beastly creatures. Of course the Zan-Do-Zan was played by Marc Alaimo, which means it's... Gul Dukat???
