Spock Will Be Gay in Star Trek XI!

So, it seems pretty obvious to me that Zachary Quinto is gay. (Not that there is anything wrong with that.)

To be fair, I am willing to be proven wrong. Until then, I must asume that he is gay.

As for the burden of proof, it is on you.

And for the standard?

Let's go with by a preponderance of the evidence. Clear and convincing is too high, and probable cause is too low.

And while the evidence is coming in, let's get to the poll.

I have been thinking about Spock's poll all day, and I know I'm not alone.

If you're saying the charac ter of Spock will be gay, that's quite a departure from the established character for 41 years. That would definately establish this as a reimagining.

If you're saying the actor is gay, therefore the character must be gay, then I remind you, that's why they call it "ACTING."

Nah, I think if Spock were straight, which of course he is, it's a much bigger rejection! He likes women, he just doesn't like Chapel because let's face it, she's kinda gross. Well Quinto's been hinting that Spock is more conflicted at this point in his life, so maybe his human half is gay. It would add another layer of complexity to the character that no one has seen. Of course gay sex would be kind of difficult for Spock since he wouldn't be able to get past the illogic of entering an exit.
