Spock and Uhura's relationship should it continue or end

Do you think there shouldn't be a love relationship between Spock and Uhura or do you think it should end.

Um.. both of those options mean the same thing.

That aside, I believe the relationship should continue.

I like the romance between them, it was very well handled, and very in-character. Let it go on as long as it can! :)

I don't care as long as they don't make it into a love triangle w/ Kirk involved. That would be too Melsrose Place for me.

Uhura does dig Kirk -- and vice versa; some tension would only add a little intrigue.

I'll pass on any love triangles.

Luckily, they didn't really do it in ST where they really had a chance and I doubt they'll do it in the sequel.

I don't mind love triangles on Gossip Girl, but here... I don't know. A little flirting probably wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it's necessary.

I have no issue with it... it threw me off to see them locking lips and such..... and at first I didn't get it. I was trying to figure out why she'd date a non-emotional guy who can hardly look you in the eye, but at the same time it also explains here sorta desire/friction with Kirk, being the more immature yet more exciting guy that she's been trying to avoid.

While some may say they don't want to see a love triangle situation, I think we're setup for one regardless.

I'm sorry but I don't see any love triangle setup... Kirk made a pass at a beautiful girl in the bar while drunk.
He had 3 years at the Academy to pursue any kind of relationship with her and did not.
He didn't even care enough to find out what her first name is :p

The writers did not go there at any point though they could easily have done so.
And with them wanting to move more towards the TOS Kirk/Spock/Bones dynamic I really don't see room for fighting over a woman.

Well I agree, I lean towards them more just leaving as it currently is, as in the movie it seemed Kirk new his place with her at the end..... but if they wanted to go down that road with the love-T, they did leave it open to toss in our faces later on.

Just preparing for the worst ;)

I love the relationship as long as it is a sweet glimpse in the background and doesn't emerge as a main plot point. I would be so sad if it turned into a silly triangle. Not a good way for Jim to build his friendship with Spock! He knows that Uhura is with Spock, so I'd like to think the new captain has a bit more integrity. Jim may be depicted as a ladies' man, but I think he'd put his friendship first. Like SalvorHardin said, he's had 3 years to try to get with Uhura without any success.

Unless of coarse it is a bisexual love triangle, and we can get scenes of Kirk making out with Spock...
...BLARG...
...'scuse me just barfed...
