Based on the way they have announced a new trilogy, I think we can infer that the Iron Man connection is part of the thematic construction of these three movies.

Interesting how Tom says Peter is heading off to college. This film takes place immediately after Far From Home (Tom said it's the very same shot in this week's Graham Norton) so how is he already off to college? I guess the time that Peter deals with his identity exposed is much more than a week or so before he goes to Strange. Or there's a time jump after the spell.

As for the panel itself, that was fun and you can tell the three of them have a lot of chemistry together just from the panel. Hopefully that's reflected in their performances on screen, too.

Far From Home took place during the summer, and I'm pretty sure I remember seeing Halloween decorations in Peter's school in some early footage for No Way Home, so there has to be a time jump in there somewhere, unless I'm misremembering.
