Spoilers Spider-man 3(take 2) Anticipation thread

So, looking at it again. It looks like the new red additions on Ock's tentacles might actually be from him corrupting/stealing the Stark-tech Iron Spider suit. That's a cool way to get rid of it, honestly.

Did anyone else notice that the Statue of Liberty reconstruction now has a shield on it?

Looks like she's getting rebuilt to look like Captain America.

There were posters of it in leaked set photos months ago but I didn't think it would be quite so literal.

Yep. And I'm buying ASM issues for the first time in 25 years.
Really? I didn’t realise he was that much of a big deal to people. I’m more interested in the Memphisto reveal. Looks my theory is correct as to why he erased the marriage.
ASM is the only comic I still collect. Unlike all the others, they don’t reset everything every year. It actually uses its 50 year lore for its stories. Makes it more rewarding to read.

Not the movie, Spider-Verse but the actual comic; where multiple Spider-Men fought Morlun and his family. Both Maguire’s and Garfield’s Spider-Man were referenced to be there.
Oh, I haven't read those.

But I'm still hoping for Shameik Moore! :p

speaking of stuff edited out…
What is going on with Goblins arm and leg in this shot?
Either the worst bluescreen shot ever or there is something/someone piggybacking on the glider they don’t want us to see.
I don't see anything wrong with that shot other than motion blur.

No Venom?
That's saved for trailer three. ;)

Yup, I mentioned both of those things earlier.

I want Miguel O'Hara and Peter Porker.
Yup, I want both of them, too! And Peni!

Ben is my second favorite comic book character ever, after only Matt Murdock. I like Pete fine, and I've read a fair bit of ASM over the years in collections. But Ben is the only thing that will get or keep my buying floppies. He was and is my Spider-Man.

There is a big chunk of his upper leg missing and to a lesser degree a bit of his arm.
The background shines through there.
To me that doesn’t look like motion blur at all.

It's pretty clear that they edited out the Maguire and Garfield Spider-Men in that shot with Holland's Spidey leaping at Electro, Sandman and the Lizard. Lizard is lunging at someone who isn't there and isn't anywhere close to aiming at Holland Spidey.

I'm curious about this storyline where it looks like Doctor Strange believes the outsiders need to die in order to save his own universe. I wonder if he's only talking about the villains, or if he thinks the outsider Spider-Men pose a danger to his reality, too, and that's why Holland's Spider-Man is trying to stop him. Or it could simply be that Holland Spidey wants to find a solution that doesn't end in people dying. Or it could be both.

Can't wait to find out!

Have you seen the brief extension of that shot from the Spanish language version? Lizard gets punched in the face by something that isn't there. It's genuinely funny to watch.

I'm not so sure Strange thinks they need to die so much as they need to return to where they came from. I don't think he wants to kill them, just put them back into their proper places. Which will result in their deaths.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure you're seeing things. I don't see anything wrong. It's a snapshot of a very fast moment at night. There are bound to be visual artifacts.

I keep seeing people referencing to this version. Anyone have a link?
