Speaking of Miniseries...

A flashback episode might be neat. The Shield, IIRC, had a flashback episode a couple seasons in that cut to 18 months prior (before the pilot) and had many of the cast meeting each other for the first time.

They could feature a shifty Lorca manipulating his way onto the Discovery, compiling its crew, expanding its spore program, and gaining respect fighting the Klingons. Hell, this being Star Trek, they can even feature time-travellers somehow.

Considering the amount discussion in this forum about Prime Lorca, his "current" status, how the switch made, will we see Lorca (Isaaks) in season 2, the general popularity of the Lorca character, it would seem that a Lorca mini standalone would be anxiously anticipated.

Besides ALL that, I loved Razor.

I rather see Lorca return in Discovery than a separate miniseries. Miniseries can be used for reunion shows for TNG, DS9 and VOY.

It would amuse me if they found Prime!Lorca and he turned out to be exactly the same as mirror!Lorca was. Turns out he's just an ass.
