I've had a PSP since launch day and I've enjoyed the heck out of it.
I have about 10 games. They're all the type you can put a lot of time into or fireup whenever. Madden, Tiger Woods, Tekken
R, Final Fantasy: CC, Chessmaster, ect ect. Most all of these games have been "stuck" in my PSP for months. Not because there isn't anything else out there, but simply because these are games you can play over and over or put a lot of time into. With these type of games I don't really need to buy a lot of titles. My PSP also gets used as my main portable audio/video device. I've watched quite a few television series on the tredmill at the gym or downtime at work with this thing. I don't use the internet radio, but a guy I work with does.
I'm suprised how much my PSP has held up, especially with all the early reports on its quality (dead pixel screens, d-pad, short battery life, ect). I have dropped my PSP countless times, logged hundreds of hours on it and it's never had an issue. Which is ironic because when I pulled it out of the box, it felt like the most fragile thing ever.
Now that it's been out a few years, it may be a little dated (not that much amazingly), but I still highly recommend it. It's very capable, and if you know what your doing just a little bit, you can squeez a lot of enjoyment out of it.
