So what's up with the trailer Enterprise proportions?

Well, like I said, in the teaser the nacelle's size weren't what I noticed, but rather what I though was an odd placement in respect to the saucer. But yours makes it more apparent that they are in the "normal" place. Nice job!

I think this picture is really telling. If we take those details in the exposed bridge area literally, they look like decks only half as big as they would be on the regular ENT. Of course, since this isn't a real image we can't be sure, but it looks like the ship is really big.
Is it possible the ship was photographed with a telephoto lens that makes items further in the distance appear distored and bigger then it should appear? I mean I know this is all done on a computer but heay sounds logical to me. :thumbsup:

I updated the previous image in this thread with some added detail and here are a few more showing different angles:
I realize this isn't an art thread, but I figured these might help clarify what the ship in the teaser trailer looked like for those who feel like debating its merits, or lack thereof. I can't guarantee this is accurate, of course; it's just my best attempt to match what little was shown. Some of it, like the back of the bridge module, is highly speculative, and everything but the saucer section is a hold-over from my previous version of this model, not to be confused with the official version.
I'll keep adding details to this model as, presumably, more are revealed between now and December.

It has a certain TNG look to it that's pretty attractive - basically a result of reducing the height of the saucer.

Anyhoo, It looks like those tiny black ports are phasers. They seem to be in a good 'double beam' configuration. With 12 ports, this version is more heavily armed than the TMP ship, which had only 8 ports down under.
