I must be the only one but I actually really enjoyed the 1st season of ENT.
Nope, I started this thread and was quite clear that I really enjoyed most of the episodes in season one!

I am touched by how many people have come back and given it a fresh look after wandering off and love it now. That's what happened to me. I remember a few times in Season 4 thinking "this is the best Star Trek has to offer".
You should just join in on the threads where the topic was lost long ago
And I hope you get to watch the rest of it! I envy you, having unwatched Star Trek!
Voyager is not a horrible series.
It was the whipping boy for haterade for years, and then ENT arrived and took its place. It's unfortunate when people can't just have preferences in Star Trek and have to actually hate parts of it.

I used to think Voyager was a horrible series. Then one day I realized I actually liked the series and many of the characters on it. The Doctor is one of my all time fav Trek characters.
No I realized that Voyagers wasn't a horrible series, Janeway was a horrible captain! Loved the person of Janeway, but man oh man! did she many some at best questionable decisions. At worst, down right stupid!
Oh and I guess so long as I done made the Voy fans mad I might as well jump all in and ask a question. Am I the only one who saw the writing of the shield strength all the way through the series as all over the place? Typical example: They take two hits and shields are down to 60%. (Ouch couple of BIG hits) Then they get hammered on for 2 minutes of expository (Oh I dunno lets call it an even 10 shots to be generous) and shields are down to 45%. In episode after episode the shields lost approx. half of their effectiveness in a few short shots then miraculously always held out without ever totally going down under repeated assault!
Its glaring when you watch a bunch of episodes binging )
