SNW truly respects TOS continuity!

The other theory I heard was that the "scorch" gets moved from time to time as needed, during major repairs and whatnot. That could add an element to the scavenger hunt aspect; not only do you have to get to it, you have to find it.
That's what I assumed, but hey, I always look for the easiest answer.

Numbers? What numbers? The "demand score" BS?

Here are some numbers:

Strange New Worlds is the first live-action NuTrek show that is not in the Top 30. Even the season premier of Lower Decks was in the Top 30.

And speaking of "demand":

You can't even see Strange New Worlds or any NuTrek show when you compare them to really popular shows.

"Huge" "demand". That's not what a "hit" looks like.
Your charts are about streaming rates in Canada, where the vast majority watch the series on broadcast Television. CTV Sci-Fi to be specific. The only method to stream any of the modern Trek series is through CRAVE, a rather unpopular, if not mediocre streaming service.

Well, without irrelevant, trivial and misrepresented data, what would they have?

Char, why don't you tell us about Pike's PTSD again? Another erroneous conclusion, right? They pile up after awhile.

Just saw this on YouTube and just had to share it.

You are wrong.

These are the official numbers from Numeris, the Canadian equivalent of Nielsen, for broadcast TV, including CTV Sci-Fi.

These are not the numbers for Crave.

But don't worry, I'm keeping an eye on Crave as well.

Currently, SNW is ranked 15 in "TV Shows Trending Now".

On the day of the release of a new episode SNW usually reaches the Top 5 but drops down very quickly.

I find it ironic that you accuse me of using data from Crave.
When I post these numbers, usually it's the other way around, people accuse me that I don't use/include the viewership numbers from Crave.

A) Viewership numbers from Crave are not freely available. The only information that is publicly available from Crave is "Trending Now" date.
B) Crave only has a 16% market share.
