SNW truly respects TOS continuity!

I don't get the hate on that channel. It's all satire fun. And besides, the channel's operator does have another channel for more serious reviews.

Major Grin aka NitpickingNerd is an inconsistency nerd, he is a canon purist and believes a Star Trek prequel set in the TOS era should look exactly like it. It's not a view I share, but it's a perfectly reasonable stance.

He's not really a hater. Some of his edits are actually quite funny.

He has shed light on the issues with some of the writing in Star Trek Picard S2, which I think is fair game, but he seems to quite like SNW, aside from it not looking like it was made in the 1960s.

those who hate him simply haven't seen the earlier recuts which he became known for, and don't understand that in his new videos, he simply shows canonical scenes and compares them to other scenes from the same franchise, or from other movies. showing similarities and discrepancies is simply presenting facts and highlighting things, but of course there will always be people who hate that :D

No desire to contribute clicks. If it is that good people can describe it.

I did watch his channel before Discovery aired, then promptly stopped once he started focusing I just shitting on new trek

Had the weird experience the other night of sharing an elevator with someone I didn't know but recognized because I've seen them hold forth on YouTube about Star Trek.

Just as weird was having no desire to meet them, because...I've seen them hold forth on YouTube about Star Trek.
