Why? He was in makeup for every episode of TNG and DS9 he was in.

You're one of several main characters.
Other than STD, modern Trek shows are ensemble affairs. The Captain doesn't dominate in terms of screen time in every episode, or even most.
Picard dominated the screen time in Picard.
Do we have to count Picard? For anything?
I count ON him.....to surrender at a drop of a hat to soap opera actors with funny ones.
