Small Photo-manipulation

I Was wondering if someone might be able to do a slight manipulation for a Trek RPG series we're doing, a new crewmember. Essentially, it's taking Chandra West's head and placing it on Seven's body, if possible, with Rabbittooth's 'enhancements.' I would need only two shots - one in astrometrics, and one in the holodeck. I have a few base pictures of Seven that could be used: astrometrics: one; two ; three ; four ; five ; six ;
holodeck: two; three;
four; five ; six ;

Would someone be able to assist on this?

Hi,
