I'm generally anti-piracy on general principle, but Showtime is really asking for it.I want to be the first to congratulate Showtime on the new wave of piracy they'll experience.
They could have asked Netflix for a little more money, instead of just leaving completely because they feel their shows (which are good, but no one still watches them) are better than Netflix now.
I subscribe to Showtime anyway...can't risk getting spoiled on Dexter by waiting for DVDs. But once that show is done, I can give up Showtime for good, subscription or otherwise.

It's what I went through with StarGate. I subscribed to Showtime for five years specifically so I could watch StarGate without waiting. Granted, that was in the early days before they put shows out on DVD.
