And oh yeah, when I go to the cinema, I always get chocolate stains on my pants, and my father thinks I'm crazy, says I'm living in a trance, but I'm dancing in the moonlight... the song was 'Dancing In The Moonlight' by Thin Lizzy. It was on 'Live & Dangerous' - loved that album and had the Tshirt.

I've found the giant glass of water before bed and morning exercise thing to work as well.

Prefer to stay in and use the stationary bike rather than jog though, that way I can read the paper while I'm working out.
