Hrm, two new races of aliens eh? Can’t wait to see what that is all about.

This, btw, is the mid-season break episode, I hate that they do this so early, I think the show should not take breaks like this, it only hurts it. But oh well.

Anyone know what date it returns?
 
I'm not positive, but I seem to recall reading it won't be until early February.

And for what it's worth, I agree, mid-season breaks suck. Next week is the last Fringe and Smallville until after the first of the year.
 
Oh, and about the aliens, wouldn't it be funny if it's the same two races we've already seen? Though that might be a bit far-fetched, even by Stargate standards.
 
Off to a good start, I like them all in charge, well sorta, of the bridge, trying to figure it all out. Kinda crazy the Destiny requires such elaborate code though just to make a course change. I guess maybe the Ancients made it hard so its mission would be carried out without delay.

Anyway, so far so good, I liked how it dropped out of FTL and bam there they were in a battlefield, nice sound effect the ship makes too.

Not really. If it were that user-friendly, then just about any race could come aboard and take the ship over. I wouldn't expect it to be anything BUT complex.

Just my .02 worth.
 
I think that Chloe is going to turn into a department-store mannequin. That's about as much life as the character currently has.

BTW, I was confused at first, when they said it was the ship Rush and Young explored a couple weeks back, at first I was thinking of the crashed ship on the planet, but nope, its the one that was dead in space that they had to jump out of to get back to Destiny. So those are the aliens that got whooped in this fight. I bet the other aliens are the pod aliens we saw on the seeder ship, just my guess.
