The slap caused Data to cry more
and return to quarters for his violin.
Concentrating on his music helped assuage his
fears of becoming a less popular officer
"Commence 48 hours of Vivaldi's Four Seasons."
"oh, and pipe it onto the bridge."
"What the devil is that?!" asked Picard.
Everyone turned their heads to the speakers
"Seems like telephone queue hell," groaned Riker.
The music continued and continued and continued.
Troi grated her teeth. "I WANT CHOCOLATE!"
Worf attacked every speaker with his Bat'leth.
Yet the music droned on and on.
When it finally stopped, the whole crew
felt like strangling Data. He hid in
a room that doesn't exist: the toilet.
"I've been looking ages for that room,"
quipped Riker, "I've been holding it in
since we first left spacedock and I'm
beginning to feel a bit peckish!"
