Jessica Chastain looks like she could be the date for the Oscar statue.
7/11 Anyone who picked anything other than Amour to win this category is a moron.
If so I wish I were the statue
Foreign Language film guy is getting some tonight lol.
10/11, but it wasn't exactly hard work to predict that.
Good night for Austria at the Oscars, between Waltz and Haneke.
Garner was working hard at pronouncing those names with the right accent.
If only Macfarlane would do a massage joke...
Yeah, weird. I thought it was a joke at first.
John Travolta introducing a tribute to musicals. Insert closet joke here
Travolta mispronounced Les Miserables.
Why the heck are we getting a Chicago performance? Why not some of the nominated songs?
anyone know how i can catch a free live stream?
Shame none of the 6 bond actors appeared on the stage
First Captain Kirk, then Goldfinger and now Catherine Zeta-Jones. Good stuff.
But Miserables ends in an "s".
I agree, I don't get the point of Chicago but I don't care, it was great. And Goldfinger is my favorite James Bond song, and she did a wonderful job and really got into it. So much fun.
As much as I enjoy see CZJ shimmying about, this should have been the Bond tribute: a medley of the best songs performed by the musicians who made them famous: Bassey, McCartney, sheena Easton...culminating in Adele doing Skyfall
And Jennifer Hudson did not win American Idol.
^Agreed. Bassey was great, but doing that would have just made it transcendent. I would say get Duran Duran instead of Sheena Easton, though.
He should've sang this done up like Wolverine.
Hell, get Hudson to sing "the Spy Who Loved me" if you really need her to perform
