In the same vein I spotted a mouse cursor on the LCARS display in the Delta Flyer escape pod while watching Good Shepherd the other day. Have a feeling that's not as uncommon a goof as the gum though!

If Voyager was running Windows 95, that could explain why they took so long to get home.
