God that show was crap....
But it in fairness, we know almost nothing about the time period this is set in. I mean literally almost nothing. And if Earth is an indication of things, fashion styles change dramatically about every decade or so....
..so realistically we should see more wide swings in design styles, just reflecting how our society in fact does just that.

Not quite. Picard's team in Chain of Command wear what are called in the novels as SOBs, an abbreviation for Special Operations Blacks, though the cover of the novel Battle of Betazed, from which the term SOB originates actually depicts the black outfit worn by the ground forces as seen in DS9's Nor the Battle to the Strong and The Siege of AR-558. I guess we can infer what we saw in Chain of Command is an earlier variant? No, I'm not actually trying to make a point. I saw an opportunity to be a smug smartass and decided to run with it.
She’s supposed to be ‘eeeevilllll,’ like Dr. Evil, because her character is so silly.

It will probably be back up in the next 15 minutes or so. They haven't hit the Section 31 part of the panel yet, it was released early by mistake.
Ah fair enough, the impression I got was it was pulled because it wasn't great.
I saw it before it was pulled. lets just say it didn't inspire confidence.
Georgiou's past perhaps not so forgotten.
