if starfleet academy was not infamous because of most of the season 1 plots and storylines along with some of the starfleet academy characters gimmicks would starfleet academy have kept going with more seasons

in other words if starfleet academy was like a i guess strange new worlds and or i guess the old star trek shows from the 1960s to the 2000s would starfleet academy have gotten more seasons

If Academy had been able to bring in Strange New Worlds numbers it might have gotten a third season.

Though given the network changes the show might have just been doomed from the get go.
