Two few episodes and at times way too much comedy. Give me classic trek from 1966 to 2005.
There's no going back to that era (it was made under different circumstances).

Agreed. It could be a bit different in the future than what we've had recently, but it's not going back there. There's no going back to that era (it was made under different circumstances).
Why not both? Surprisingly, I enjoy both. Two few episodes and at times way too much comedy. Give me classic trek from 1966 to 2005.

As I said, I enjoy them in about equal ratio. I don't watch all of the episodes from 66 to 2005 because that's too many episodes. ENTERPRISE I pass on completely as it is awful.
its the end of the star trek steaming tv era
Well, may you find your way as pleasant.Im a completist. I have to watch them all. One day ill have to watch all kurtzman trek as I move forward through the years watching the episodes. That will be the time when I plan on watching everything from the cage all the way to the last season of sfa. All in order. Movies as well. Ill even have to watch section 31(haven't seen it yet). I just need to live long enough to do it. Lol
Streaming or regular tv I should think. They got 10 years out of it so for those who liked Kurtzman Trek you will have like 127 hours of live action and a couple Cartoon series.its the end of the star trek steaming tv era
even thought we still have strange new worlds season 4 and 5 along with starfleet academy season 2
but after that its the end
Wow, not even doing reshoots to try and fix Season 2's cliffhanger...
You might want to consider the impact World War 3 had in that.Classic Trek is painfully naive in that it assumes people are going to set aside hundreds upon thousands of years of political/religious differences, lock arms, and go skipping down the primrose path singing Kumbaya in unity and brotherhood.
I'm still wondering if they'll not show the season at all and write it off. There is no release date and now no set to do anything else to wrap up the series.Wow, not even doing reshoots to try and fix Season 2's cliffhanger...
I would be very surprised if they did that..I'm still wondering if they'll not show the season at all and write it off.
We typically don't get release dates announced until two or three months in advance. If it is premiering next January, we'd find out October or November. There is no release date

Realistically under such a situation the Middle East would have been wiped out, India/China would have collapsed due to the cessation of world trade, and the South American/African countries probably wouldn't have fared much better.

Trek has gotten pretty diluted over the years. Going to just a movie every three or four years may be what it needs. Make them more like the first few TOS films and first couple TNG films.
No "schizophrenic pace and overloaded with effects. Not sure if the younger audience will go for something like that though...![]()
Brad Winderbaum recently said that She-Hulk actually didn really well in the ratings. It was the VFX cost that kept them from making a second season. I'm not sure where you're getting that those other two projects were duds.Marvel has a long list of one-season duds (Moon Knight, Echo, She-Hulk).
It's the price of admission. Not everyone is going to make it long-term.
