Now that Season 1 has finished airing. What do you want to see in Season 2? We know Kirk will be sticking around as a recurring character throughout Season 2 but what other legacy characters do you think might pop up?

I think we are going to get a court case episide first. Pike will need to get number one a lawyer. Basically a court martial type ep.
Anyone have casting ideas for Samuel T Cogley?
Easy, Pike gets promoted in Season 2.

I never said anything about him being a Regular, I said RECURRING. (as in he pops up here and there throughout the season.)

William Shatner. I think he played a lawyer once.
I would like to see more of Adrian Holmes as Admiral April. He became one of my favorite characters in the first season but as long as he's playing Uncle Phil on the Bel-Air show on Peacock, it will have to be limited.
Una is Section 31's prisoner. It's just not normal that she'd be locked up and not allowed any sort of contact. S31 is trying to develop enhanced soldiers using her DNA. She'll be rescued and back on the Enterprise.
Kirk returns as a Lieutenant but is not a regular.
I think the casting will be relatively the same. La'an, Uhura, Chapel, Ortegas, M'Benga all return. Some have been confirmed. What they've got is working well so they won't want to rock the boat too much.
I suspect the new engineer won't be Scotty. Too many legacy characters. And unlike TOS, they don't seem to want to emphasize engineering as much in the stories. So, whoever the engineer is, they will only occasionally appear, like Hemmer. (Ah, I see it's been confirmed that the new Engineer won't be Scotty, so WOOT I got one right already!

Klingons will be featured.
Finally, but definitely not least, there will be an appearance by William Shatner as an older Kirk in a time travel sort of tale but more in an advisory role than fully participating in the story.
