Script excerpt for Series Fred episode(spoilers)

It seems that throughout his last two incarnations the Doctor's really been more tolerant with his companion's boyfriends. The Ninth and Mickey got off to a rocky start but by the tenth incarnation they were more or less good friends (Although Mickey was still jealous of him in "Girl in the Fireplace"). Then of course there was Adam. Perhaps this time the Doctor is becoming less romantically attached to his companions after the recent "hearts" break; as for the kiss in the trailer, that could be a case of something that it doesn't appear to be, much like pretty much every Doctor/Rose kiss. Their first kiss he was drawing the energy from her, second she was under Cassandra's control, and the last was his clone! Come to think of it the only really romantic kiss he's had is with Madame pompadour!

I'm only judging what I've seen so far. It's easy to dismiss me as someone who'll just hate everything, just that's not true. I try to be considered in my opinions. As I say, Moffat is a decent writer, and I hope he'll live up to expectation.

Which is better than people who have already decided they'll love it and Matt Smith will be brilliant. We really won't know until it's on.

and Bones, given who's knocking around I think it's safe to assume the Doctor will be involved in some romantic adventures this year...just because they might not be with Amy doesn't mean there's no time for love, Dr Jones.

Because it's called Doctor Who and it's something I still care about.

But no, great point, whoever it comes from for the umpteenth time. Sorry to ruin your perfect forum where everyone agrees it's brilliant and flawless.

^The forum isn't like that but, on the whole, most of us like the majority of the new series.

You know I like Star Trek, but I don't have a whole lot of positive things to say about enterprise so, know what, I don't watch it and don't post in the forum because if I did 95% of what I'd have to say would be negative. And what's the point in that? Been there done that and I have too little time to waste anymore on stuff I just really don't like.
