I can't find it now to quote, but I saw somebody up thread mention a character surviving into the second season. I don't think there's going to be a second season with this story, I believe this is going to be anthology along the lines of the creators other show, American Horror Story. If it is done that way, then each season will be a standalone story, with the same cast members playing new characters.
I did get a big kick out of seeing Charisma Carpenter, I hadn't heard about her being on the show.
The scene with the Dollar Dickie Scholars was great. Bats vs. chainsaws does not end well for the bats. I did not expect there to be two of them. I'm very curious what the relationship is going to be there.
I knew as soon as Munsch turned her white noise machine to slasher movie that the Red Devil was going to be downstairs.
Wes thinking The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is the greatest movie and showing it in class was a little creepy.
Even though it's kind of early to be figuring out the killer, it would be fun if Jaime Lee Curtis actually was one of the killers.

That was probably me, talking about Dean Munsch hopefully surviving. I read in an article somewhere that, while this is going to be a yearly anthology like American Horror Story, the stories will all take place in the same universe and some characters from this season may show up next season. So it's a little different from AHS in that respect.
It's confusing when that happens.
It would be confusing in AHS, because many of the actors return from season to season, but they play different characters-- so it's weird that some familiar faces are new characters and some are old. SQ will be more consistent.
Interesting development last night. The so-called Hag of Shady Lane could be the caretaker of Bathtub Baby, who was identified as a female. And it was Gigi! But what was she doing in that haunted house with all the dead bodies? It was apparent that the killers planted them in there, and knowing that she was attacked before, she shouldn't have gone back by herself.
I guess we'll have to wait and see...
I'm on the fence about Grace being the baby. Sure her dad has been iffy on the details of her mom's death but her age doesn't fit with the year the baby was born. Unless her dad has been lying about her age all this time?

In the graveyard, Hester and Chad, they both had the murder boners I thought Wes was looking for. Wes was not looking for murder boners. Wes was pitching a murder boner in class. It's almost like he has an IQ of 80 sometimes, forgetting the danger he is in, or he is the murderer or the comedic traits to this universe are caustic to any rational sense of behaviour.
If you triangulated a position using murder boners, would you find a victim, or the murderer?
