Just a theory I have.

It's set three years after the season 1 finale. Because the Chanels were never actually crazy, they probably got released from the sanatorium, and then were able to get their nursing degrees.

It's more likely that those donkey brains became strippers than nurses.

They're still protected by being incredibly wealthy, so I don't see with they would become strippers or stripers... It's really a question of if that is a promotional film, or a clip form the show.

From what I've read, Dean Munsch (she became rich at the end of season 1) buys the hospital and hires the Chanels.

I am going to watch another couple seasons of Scream Queens, even though it is so-so and uneven.
