Scooby Doo DS9 Episode

Did anyone else choke on her scooby snacks at the reveal of the villain at the end of "A Man Alone"? Straight up Scooby Doo! :rommie:

Like I said in a recent thread...

I doubt I'm the only one to think Ibudan is about to say, "And I would have gotten away with it too..." when Odo unmasked him at the end.

:lol: Ha, that's nice! I didn't notice these and I'm a big Scooby Doo fan (well, the classic series at least).

Who could be the DS9 counterparts to Daphne, Velma, Fred, Shaggy and Scooby? Hm, let me give it a try ...

Daphne = Kira
Velma = Jadzia
Fred = Odo
Shaggy = Bashir
Scooby = Quark

No, that seems off. :lol:

Hmm. Is it a crazy coincidence that René Auberjonois was involved in both those scenes? Or might we expect to hear him providing voices in a Scooby-Doo cartoon soon?

According to IMDb, he was in 2007's Chill Out, Scooby-Doo! I actually thought he was in the original series, but it was The Jetsons I was thinking of.

The only thing that really started to bother me with this episode is that after three episodes, it looked like DS9 was turning out to be a bid-budget "Where's Waldo." Once during an episode, Odo would be disguised as an object, and you had to figure out where he was in the room. It was like She-Ra and Look-ee. Thankfully, they stopped using Odo's shapeshifting as an episode gimmick.
