Say something POSITIVE about your least favorite Trek show / season / episode / character …

As slick as every season of DSC were, I don't enjoy later seasons as much as the first three.

Something good about Voyager: Robert Picardo was often very funny.

Something bad about DS9: What they did with Dukat in season 7 was a total waste of a great character they spent 6 seasons establishing. Ambiguous characters are a lot more interesting than all-evil (or for that matter all-good) characters.

I can't say Discovery is my favorite Trek series any longer. I've settled on Picard being my favorite New Trek series. As far as Star Trek series in general, thanks to my DS9 Re-Watch (and other re-watches I've done), all my previous rankings are up in the air. Disregard any previous ranking I might have had.

BUT

Disco was my favorite Star Trek series for a little while so, as a nod to that, here's one thing I didn't like. And I can say what it is in here now since it's finally been more than six months:

When Kovich reveals who he was in "Life, Itself", I'm okay with him being Daniels. But what annoyed me was then he shows off his display of 24th Century merchandise to Burnham. Geordi's VISOR, Sisko's baseball, etc. None of that means anything to Burnham. Her times are the 23rd and 32nd Centuries. That stuff would be lost on her. She wouldn't get it. Those props are there solely for the audience to see. It's too wink-wink. I expect that from Lower Decks.

Good of Bad: DS9 had probably the best character of any Trek series - Garak

Bad of Good: TNG did not have enough Spot storylines. Aren't we all sick of the lack of feline representation in Hollywood?

positive about my least favourite character -
Dr. Agnes Jurati's scene in the dystopian time of Penance explaining how Seven and she were college buddies to Seven's husband was excellent

(Least favourite) Voyager - one of the best Trek Characters Seven of Nine was created
(One of my favs) SNW - Too many TOS characters; Uhura, Chapel, M'Benga, Kyle and Kirk could be the same actors playing different people and it would still work.

DS9 did four too many Mirror Universe episodes.
PIC season two...um... Agnes is a good singer!

( something good about my least favorite show)

Saru- saving grace of Star Trek Discovery.

( something bad about my favorite show)

Hated the storyline created for Kira's mom on Deep Space Nine.
Exactly this. Immediately thought of these two as soon as I started reading this thread.

1) Saru was a fantastic, well-developed character. The wisdom of Spock, the kindness of Data, the humor of Odo, etc. A great counterbalance to the infantile crew around him.

2) This is the only episode that I've only seen once and refuse to watch again. Dukat was perhaps the best and most developed villain in Trek. He didn't need this added on. A lazy and completely unnecessary addition to his character.

Regarding he Kira's mom episode , I recall hearing about some behind the scenes info about this episode. Apparently the writers kept pushing for years to create a romance between Dukat and Kira and Nana Visitor kept resisting ( thank god). And this story was a quasi compromise. 100 percent agreed totally unnecessary. Almost feels the writers wanted to satisfy some subconscious fetish to get them involved. I also dont buy Dukat waited until the writers wanted to do the episode before bringing this up to Kira . No way he wouldn't try to seduce/try to manipulate Kira before with this knowledge especially during the station occupation . The whole orb of time confused me too. Was the whole thing an orb experience or did the orb travel with her like in Trials and Tribble actions? If so where did she hide the orb in the past?. Even if there's an answer or I misunderstood this plot point, I despise this episode with a passion.

I absolutely detest Turnabout Intruder for being a sexist piece of crap. But I have to credit Shatner and Janice Smith for absolutely awesome acting.
