I'm having difficulty maintaining my diet. Almost 1,5 years ago I weighed +/-103 kg (I don't know the lbs). I really wanted to loose weight and after studying my BMI, which stated that my best weight lies between the 70 - 80kg, I put 75 as my target.
A few weeks ago I managed to reach 75 and I was very proud of myself. But since then I have difficulty maintaining my diet. At 75 I still had my tummy (or gut, not quite sure what the proper word is). So I decided to go to 70, but I couldn't motivate myself anymore. I was tired of constantly paying attention at my food, all the time, and seemingly gaining it again with the slightest hickup.
I started eating again what I please, and even started eating back at night. Especially when I'm down I'm giving in more quickly. I try to start my diet again. But as soon as I give in one day, I keep giving in and I just feel even more down. I also don't have the time currently to sport. Normally I'm on the threadmill or go swimming, but I just don't have the time for it at the moment.
I'm so sick of my stomach somethimes. The rest of my body is fine, but all my fat is around my waist and I don't seem to be getting it off, I'm pretty sure I can if I just start excercising and adhere to my diet. But I give in way too quickly.
I also must admit, somethimes I wonder if I can achieve a flat stomach. At 75 I still had a tummy and I kinda wonder if I'll still have one at 70. I think going under 70 is unhealthy. But if that's the case, I'm stuck with my tummy
I hope I can manage it, any advice would be appreciated.
