Oh. Uh...unfortunately, if it's something you made up yourself, posting it here means that nothing like that could be used. I guess it's not technically a story idea, but details like that probably fall under the same umbrella.

Technically, I am within canon because the tricyclic plasma drive IS a tunneler that leaves spatial distortions AFAIK. Correct me if I'm wrong.

The point I'm making on this topic is that Mack does well with drive tech. Might the Breen also seek out these other two types?

Just a suggestion...

Speaking of which, I was disappointed that "Section 31 Control" is slated for December 2017 release! I read "Zero Sum Game" and "Section 31 Disavowed" back-to-back and now have to return back to the SW universe to read a book that might link to Episode IX!!!

A December 2017 release!? Ugh, that's a fair bit of time! But it seems we do got many good book releases on the horizon.

I liked that the Empire became the Commonwealth, mirroring what happened in Britain.
Speaking of which, part of me wishes Mirror Picard’s ship was the Andromeda and not the Enterprise.
Nicely done with the Mirror Dominion. I should have seen it coming but I didn’t.

I liked this one a lot. Lots of thrills and suspense and some twists that I never saw coming.

I love what the Treklit writers have done with the MU. The tv version was frequently a little to campy for me, but the novel versions have been brilliant.

*fingers crossed for an Aventine MU adventure someday*

Just started this after having read through all of the previous MU stories/novels in chronological order, and I’m confused by a reference in chapter one to a failed Breen mission to recover a jaunt ship in Federation space. Did this take place in a previous book?

I believe that story is in the second Cold Equations book. Don’t quote me however.

I just finished this earlier today, and I really, really enjoyed it.
I've enjoyed the arc we've been getting with Bashir, Sarina, and Section 31, and I really liked how this one continued that story.
I'm a huge fan of the Novelverse Mirror Universe arc, and I loved getting to go back after Rise Like Lions and getting a deeper look at the post Alliance universe.
Getting to meet the MU Dominon was really cool, it was interesting seeing a less hostile version of them. I always love it when the books revisit seemingly minor stuff from episodes and expands on it, and I liked that approach with Bashir's trial for killing Odo. It hadn't occurred to me that it could be an issue, even with the Dominion involved. The outcome was a huge surprise for me, since I was expecting them to behave like their Prime Universe counterparts.
The big twist with the ship that was stolen by the Breen, being the one they found back in the Cold Equations book was great, I love that kind of timey whimey stuff.
Definitely gets and Outstanding vote from me.

The Mirror Dominion intrigues me. I really wish we could have more of them.
They have a lot if in common, the Vorta and Jem'hadar still exist, the Founders still seem to be the leaders of the Dominion.

But their attitude towards justice, it's like if all the Founders acted like Odo.

I also like that little joke about how 'our' Odo might be actually their's.
