His age has weakened his voice--I pointed that out earlier in the thread--but age doesn't explain the mumbling way he says that he has a warrant before punching in the door. He sounds like he just downed a bunch of horse tranquilizers and then went sleepwalking.

Their Terminator game did not look terribly great before release either (IMO) but ended up being fairly enjoyable despite some rough edges. I suspect and hope this will be the same. Nailing the right atmosphere goes a long way with titles like this.

Yeah there's no energy at all, like he just woke up and had no coffee yet. That's not just age but lack of interest or poor timing or something.

Rogue City looks incredibly low-budget (developer Teyon and publisher Nacon are both known for shovelware dogshit), so I can't imagine they had Weller for more than an hour or two.

It needs a “prime directives” mode where you shake/dance like you’re having a seizure every time a bullet hits you.

Looks like fun for Robo fans but not much else, what you want from a robo game i guess.

I really really want this to be good (and make money so there are sequels) but I suspect it's going to Roboflop.

Again, look at the track records of the publisher and developer.

They are not encouraging.

This doesn't look much more fun to play than the (terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad) RoboCop game on Xbox 20 years ago.
