At about 3:50 Ray Wise explains that he still has the clothes the dummy wore when his character was blown up. They're in his closet, wrapped in plastic... like Laura Palmer was!

I like all three, but the quality definitely goes down after the first one.

How about a remake? I don't know, like everyone says, it was a movie made by when it was made and the mood at the time. I don't think a remake could do that in this day and age, but, the concept of Robocop itself is timeless, so they might be able to pull it off.

In the end, I'd go see it.

Normally, the idea of a remake I'm not the keenest on, even though I don't rail against them like most people do. It's been long enough from RoboCop, and there's been enough cultural changes, that I think a remake/reboot/reimagining/whatever of it could be adapted to be really good for our day and age. If we can reboot Batman, why not RoboCop? Mostly, though, Darren Aronofsky's involvement gives me faith. That man is what one of the few out there that I would trust and see anything he makes. He's brilliant, so I trust his version of RoboCop will be different, exciting, relevant and great.

^The same way I feel about a REMAKE/REBOOT! I have a feeling that Aronofsky is going to do for ROBOCOP, what Nolan did for BATMAN! I hope.
