Richmond Baseball Needs A Name...And They Suck!

I live in central VA and Richmond is getting a baseball team back after the Braves left us. The names fans came up with just suck. http://www.wric.com/global/Story.asp?s=11264532 <--that's a story about it.

When the Times Disgrace was taking suggestions, I put my thinking cap on and came up with "Burgesses." As in the House of Burgesses, Virginia's original legislature. I thought it had a nice ring to it, it sounded local (even though the HoB was based in Williamsburg).

I don't know what moron they let pick the five finalists. They all sucked dogs' balls.

I didn't know there were flying squirrels in central Virginia.
