After reading the article, I could see the potential adversaries meshing fairly well with the tone SGU has established. Now, I don't know how gripping it will all be or if the potential adversaries have the staying power.

She was in some movie where England walled off Scotland because of some pandemic. She was like a Lara Croft with a brain. Believable wearing body armor.

Not like that soldier on SGU with the huge rack. Nice to look at but I am not buying her as a soldier.

Doomsday was an entertaining movie.

I don't like who Gateworld is saying Rhona Mitra plays. That entire plot summery sounds too contrived, too much like typical Stargate.

Despite speculation this series would just be another firefly or battlestar the SGU series does have its aliens. Just not typical aliens in your usual alien of the week kind of way

According to previously released casting documents, Kiva is a commander in the Lucian Alliance — the group which the Destiny crew speculated may have been behind the attack on the Icarus Base in the series premiere, “Air, Part 1.”
