She was in some movie where England walled off Scotland because of some pandemic. She was like a Lara Croft with a brain. Believable wearing body armor.
Not like that soldier on SGU with the huge rack. Nice to look at but I am not buying her as a soldier.
Why does everyone have a problem with Julia Anderson-Benson's boob size? She has a marvelous rack, a tempest in a D-cup, and she has shown her all natural assets in all their glory in the Master's of Horror episode "Right to Die." Google her if you want.
Rhona Mitra, of course, is a welcome addition to the show.![]()
Doomsday was a terrible film and Rhona Mitra wasa one of the terrible things about it. I'm all for hot woman in film and TV, but could they at least have a modicum of acting talent as well?

I don't like who Gateworld is saying Rhona Mitra plays. That entire plot summery sounds too contrived, too much like typical Stargate.
However...

The Lucian Alliance? How the hell did they get on board Destiny? Is there another stargate on board? One that was accessed not on the planet?
It better be a hell of a story to be credible.
Eh .. who am I kidding - I'll probably still watch it anyway ...

Any reason why we aren't talking about the spoilers? Isn't that the point of casting news?
I think it might work out because that part of the pilot still needs to be explained.

That's not what happens, you need to reread the aricle again she's not with the Lucain Alliance.

Joseph Mallozzi is on the record on his blog saying that won't happen. (or hasn't through S1 anyway)

She’ll play Kiva, described by the network as “a strong-willed commander of an alien incursion force. Kiva will do whatever it takes to safeguard her people even if it is at the ultimate expense of the Destiny crew.”
According to previously released casting documents, Kiva is a commander in the Lucian Alliance — the group which the Destiny crew speculated may have been behind the attack on the Icarus Base in the series premiere, “Air, Part 1.”
hmmm....
