Hubby and I are both enjoying this; it's dark, twisted and very funny. Alan Tudyk just knocks it out of the park.
My only nerd-quibble is how, if the alien changed, as he said, at the cellular level to live among the humans, then how does the kid see him in his true form? Meh. Not that it matters; it's a plot device that I thoroughly enjoy---the way his arch-nemesis is a grade-school kid and his sidekick. I loved their "truce talks" at the diner.
