How did you ask him (as in tone and/or language? It's in the delivery email-wise. If there's any hint of you demanding him to build you a ship, regardless of your attitude (obviously, he doesn't know you), he might not care to reply back...

He stated that there are different paint schemes on the E between first contact and nemesis in his discription so I asked about that, if he had time to build one and what his prices were. It was pretty straightforward
