I have been building a bit of a semi for this show for the past few months. I am not watching a(new)ship based show and I miss it. I like the premise, even if it is VOY redone. We can only hope it doesn't go the route of that lame duck shitty show.

Anyway - I will give my impressions once I see it.

It actually is a really big deal because I used to HATE the other shows as being just popcorn SF drivel for people who find "Contact" and "Gattaca" too slow and challenging.

I got into Stargate 12 years after the premiere. The more I watch, the more I like.

Still love Contact though... can't wait for the Blu Ray.

You liked Browder? I thought he sucked. A poor O'Neill replacement. They should have just stuck with Carter in the lead and the other two tagging along.
