Well is Sports Illustrated can get away with it, it should be ok here. I actually reported my own post to see if it was ok.

Which saved you from an infraction, although you've been here long enough to know better. This sort of image could lose the site its advertising revenue and effectively get us shut down. No nudity is allowed here, and we have to be tight on it because Big Brother is watching.
