I’m guessing the developer didn’t have the bandwidth for anything even that sophisticated.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the topic was that there was a way for the security officer to get killed in every mission in 25th Anniversary. Maybe more than one?

And it works as nostalgia for people who used to play/have a soft spot for vintage games.
